i refunded grim dawn 2 days ago because of some issues that couldn't be fixed not game issues it was a little bit of a father son issue anyway and i got the money back on his credit card yesterday well as what he said he got a message and an email that the refund worked and he checked his back account and it shows that he has the money back but he could not transfer them to his savings account then today in the morning he got a message that says he lost those money again to GOG.com and i showed him that i did not use it i have no games in my library or any money in my wallet or any transactions that i made. help please
