Hello, please contact https://www.gog.com/u/ponczo_ on PM and write your ticked ID. Also before contacting make sure your chat is open, right now it's set to private.

If you bought a game within say 30 days and you haven't downloaded the game, you'll probably get a refund no questions asked.

If you bought a game and downloaded it, they will first troubleshoot with you to see if you can get the game to work (assuming it's a technical issue).

At a worst case if you submitted your ticket within the alloted agreement within they say they will refund, then they will refund and remove the game from your library.
