As you might have heard, you could get Abe's Oddysee for free till today, at 3 pm. I redeemed it early on Tuesday and since then, it did not appear in my library. I got that banner, saying it will appear in my library shortly, but I took a brief look at it, never was it to be found. I tried to redeem it again and again multiple times over the shop site, I was always redirected to the front page, where it said I would appear in my library shortly…

The two days are over now and I still don't have it in my library, so what happened there?

Have you checked your email? Things are a bit different for me because I already owned the game so I was sent a gift code via email instead. But maybe you did get some sort of confirmation?

Chances are you're on a mobile device. The GoG website has issues with mobile devices. Best bet, since the event is already over, would be to open a support ticket, explain the situation and ask for assistance.

A quick scan of the previous threads about the giveaway should show discussion about this problem.

If your collection is listed in alphabetical order, make sure you're looking under the Os. The actual name of the game is Oddworld:Abe's Oddyssee, so it's not listed under the A.

I did not look at the general thread, should have done that of course.

I did try mostly on Windows, with Chrome and IE and mobile, result was the exact same though.

Click the link below while you're logged in to refresh your library. The game should had been added automatically back when you had hit the button and with this refresh it should also show. If it doesn't something clearly went wrong while adding the game. I'd contact support. It's always worth a shot.

Do you see "Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee" listed in this page? https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders
It should be at the very top, with an unique order code, and price: $0.00 .
If it's there, you can at least prove to gog staff that you acquired the game, and I'm sure they'll offer you a gift code or something, just open a ticket here and describe the situation: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Thanks, that is a very kind offer! But I have not contacted the support yet, should have done that anyway.
