Grargar: Unfortunately, I don't have the game, so I can't give you specific directions if it's actually viewable in-game, but maybe the version number is displayed somewhere in a corner of the main menu? Or perhaps in the credits?

Astro.346: No, there's no visible version number or About info. I know that Steam has provided a fix for Obduction, and on that version you can se that it's version 1.01. I do wonder how we get fixes from GOG.
edit: hmmmm not sure if my previous answer was wholly correct atm.
