I got SimCity 4k Deluxe installed. But the game has issues. In the city "Big City tutorial" I try to repair roads and the road repair doesn't take. I can't save the game. Finely This version of SimCity 4k deluxe is dragging Windows overall speed down. When the game isn't running Windows speed is fine. The game installer take for ever and a Wednesday to install and shows to signs of even working while installing.
