We have the uncensored version of Succubus, Agony and other similar games, it would make very little sense to only have the censored version of this one.

Maybe it simply means that the M version will be released on February, when it is officially released, and the uncensored version will be released earlier.

Not knowing what is in the adult version, who can say.

If the M Version means it can also be sold to places like Australia and Germany, then I guess that may be an answer in itself, though they could also later release the AO version for those allowed to get it.
