You need to buy the whole bundle together (or at least all games from the bundle that you do not already own) or you won't get the high discount. When you buy them as a gift to you own e-mail address you will receive one code that contains all the bought games.

It is possible though to only reclaim some of the games from a code that contains multiple games. So you can get the games that you want from the code and the code will stay valid and contain the rest of the games that you didn't reclaim. You can then give the code to someone else to reclaim the games that you didn't want.

No you will not get separate codes for each game, you will receive one code, you can easily select which games you dont want, however you just lose them, you cannot trade them.

Also I highly suggest you lay off the drinking for at least a bit? it makes answering your question beyond hard.
