Oh sorry, I mean that realMyst Masterpiece Edition is an enhanced remake of reMyst which is a remake of Myst Masterpiece Edition which is a remastered version of the original Myst (not offered on GOG).

It seems like that, yes. I guess the realMyst Masterpiece Edition runs smoother than regular reMyst (apparently it had performance issues?). Also Myst Masterpiece Edition is with pre-rendered world while reMyst (and it's Masterpiece Edition) are fully 3D world.

My taste is that Pre-Rendered tends to look better imo.

I mean I have fond memories of Pre-Rendered Graphics of games in that sometimes they still look good today, especially when they are stylized.

Games like Isometric PC RPGs like Baldur's Gate and Super Mario RPG.

Donkey Kong Country.

Survival Horror games like Resident Evil.

Etc.
