How do I apply for a game refund? And how long do I have after purchasing a game before I can no longer apply for a refund?

You can get a full refund up to 30 days after purchasing a product, even if you downloaded, launched, and played it.

If you have no other (e.g., email) address, I would open a problem ticket (under the Support tab) on the Gog site. Someone will contact you to progress your request.
