I have all of the retro SNK Neo Geo games on GOG w/ exception of The Last Blade 2 - y'know, the ones that have been around for a few years now on GOG/Steam/Humble & use that DotEmu emulator. I know that there's no way to change the controls on most of them w/o maybe hacking/modding the game or whatever. Any suggestions as to how to get this done so I can change the controls, and perhaps be able to possibly use my Mayflash arcade stick as well?

Read through the above thread, you should be able to use the ROMs of those games in an emulator that will (hopefully) support your controller.
