If I purchase the Three Brothers DLC, will I still get a free copy of Definitive Edition or is that only for people who purchased the DLCs before release of Definitive Edition?

In theory, yes, there are several reports on Steam as well. However, I would like to know if those who buy the Definitive Edition directly receive the old base version of the game.
