Game will not save? Please help

First thing that comes to mind - in fact first answer to any quesion - where have you installed the game? Windows has a really funky feature called UAC which prevents access to certain areas. Always install anything outside Windows folders (i.e. not to Program Files...), for example c:\games. Next up check where the saves are being written to, if not the game folder then likely %appdata% or Documents, make sure you have write access there and enough disk space. Then try it again. Also, if you have further issues, post in the game specific forum, and state what OS your using, if using Galaxy etc.

With all due respect, they probably won't be able to help if that's the ticket the poster sends in.

The poster needs to provide some details as to what is happening. Are you getting some sort of error? What happens when you try to save it? Are the files corrupt?

Without having anything to go on, it makes it hard to give any help. A friendly reminder that only you can see what is happening. None of us can.
