Have you tried submitting a support ticket? Also, you may want to take down the picture if it has personal information. I can't read Russian so I don't know either way.

I've posted my story in other forums, but apparently, something is going on.

I got an e-mail from GOG.com in Russian. It would appear that my account was hacked. Thanks to cookies, I still can have a voice/download things. They've changed my e-mail and password though.

Some folks also tried to use my HumbleBundle account, but I changed the password for that just recently. I made the mistake of using the same secure password for Humblebundle, and the folks there let me know about some strange, unusual access going on.

I suspect that as others have stated, the hackers will try to use the same password on similar sites. If your account has been compromised, check other accounts.

Also, I'm not in the Russian Federation but in the US, unless Russia has made some incredible territorial gains today.
