i just got an email saying that if you select more than 3 titles or more than 5 titles from a publisher offer, the discount will go up. However, it doesn't seem to work for me. Does it work for anyone else?

If you already own some of the titles, then you likely already have the maximum discount. I believe it's if you own 3-5 of them already, essentially, so you can't select 3-5 more (if there's even that many left to select for you) and expect a stack on top of the existing discount.
