Hello, i have a problem with my Email adress. I want to get Emails from GOG, to verify my account, but nothing happened.
Im german and tried to contact the support, but that goes with Email as well and nobody answer me, so my question is what can i do?
Exist a telephone number of GOG, where i can call?

Kind regards,
Atreju

The usual suspect would be a spam filter throwing e-mails from GOG to spam folder.

Try this link and you can contact GOG Support without email:
https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests

support.gog.com have different cookie, so you may need to login there again.
GOG Support do respond on weekend sometimes, but they could also delay some tickets to Monday.
Please report here if the issue gets resolved. I have a similar issue: Some class of GOG mails are never delivered to me (emails after I "ordered" a free game, either for the free game or the gift code if already owned it, and the old newsletter before they outsourced it to an external service). Contacted GOG support, but never got a reply. Receipts for purchased games and emails with pin for two factor authentication always arrived.

Please check your tickets here:

Note that GOG Support changed service/platform in the past year, so you will not see very old tickets.
Only new tickets that are handled by current Support system.

Just a fyi, those are different services and would be coming from different locations. Receipts would be coming from their processing servers, the pin would be coming from their webserver probably and support would be another set of servers.

The setup we have for our webhosting is something similar. Websites are in North Carolina along with emails although those are on a different server than the websites. Support is run through a pair of servers on Long Island New York which sends their emails, the support forums and those emails are from Texas, site uptime emails are from Seattle, and the successful backup emails are from France where those servers are from.

To sort of answer the question, how long ago this support request was submitted would be the first question I would ask.

Submitting the ticket via the link up above would be the next step.

And no, there's no phone support. We wouldn't be paying only a couple of bucks per game if there was.
