I don't know if this is the appropriate subforum for it or not, but here goes. I saw the Grim Fandango Remastered free deal, and I'm trying to download it, but for some reason, it's just not working. I click "GET IT HERE," but it takes me back to the page where you search for all the games. I downloaded Galaxy and it does the exact same thing. Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Try going here,

https://www.gog.com/game/grim_fandango_remastered

putting it in your cart, and then checking out. It should let you check out for $0.00 and then appear in your library.

Never mind that didn't work either... it just takes you back to the front page. Sorry.

ADDED: It may just be that it takes a little while to get added to your account. Maybe wait an hour or so and then let us know if you still don't have it??

It may take some time until you receive it. You'll get an email when is added to your library.

I've been trying since around noon and no dice. Also, apologies on not appropriately marking this topic as a question type topic. Didn't notice the box to do so until I had already posted it and it was being uploaded.

Sometimes it can take days, at least that's what I've read on the forum during previous sales with free games. I usually receive these freebies in a few minutes, but this time it took about an hour. If you don't get yours tomorrow, then open a support ticket.

Okay, now it says that Grim Fandango will be added to my cart soon but that was last night. Does anyone know an estimate for how long it takes to actually happen? I just don't want it to add at the last minute when the free deal is off.

EDIT: I'm an idiot and didn't see ariaspi's post. Thanks.

If it says "Thanks! Grim Fandango will appear in your account soon" on the front page, then you'll get it at some point. In case is some sort of error and nothing happens in the following days, then support will help you out, if you contact them.
