To sum up my question very shortly and logically, I've used GOG for a while now, It's pretty good. But about a year ago, there was a problem with my PC while updating and since I could not afford a new one, I reset the PC itself. And after it was done I got everything that I had already had back, including downloads, steam, and other saved things. But there was a problem with my GOG, the only game I had actually purchased on GOG was Star Wars Battlefront 2 2005 because I absolutely love it. And instead of it being able to download or show up in my library it wouldn't. Even though it was labeled as an owned game, showed my progress and time played, and I even still had the original receipt for the game in my GOG folder. My main question though, is if there is any way I can get the game back fully, and be able to download it without having to buy it from GOG again. Or if there is anything I can do or say, or a place I can go and give the receipt or info to get the game for free, because nothing i've found seems to help, or even be relevant to my problem If anyone knows a possible solution, or encountered a similar problem let me know :)

And, I would also consider getting the game back, but through Steam (if I can verify it like that)

I'm assuming it doesn't show in your game list? Someone else had that problem recently. Unfortunately all I can suggest is you contact support, but due to Covid they are very slow at the moment. Maybe a staff member will see your post and check real quick.
A tip for the future, download the offline installers from the website, or see your account. These files you can store offline on cd or external hard drive and never have to worry about losing them again. That is the reason to shop here.

Yeah, I've already been talking to support, but Im not sure if there is anything they can do about it :/

If they didn't fix it right away I'm guessing the issue is more complicated than "I bought it and have the receipt but it vanished from my account."
