(Before you read - I know that many readers will think that something like that is useless, still, I'm incredibly stubborn, that's why I'm asking, I'm respecting your opinion, but please, don't write here how stupid is such "vouching", ok? :))

In one of the Q&A streams one of the GOG employees has encouraged us to vouch for our favourite games/series to be published on GOG. So, despite the fact, that chances are slim (if any), I've decided to contact with proper publishers/developers and encourage other players/GOG users to make the same thing. However, at the very beginning I've found out, that... I don't know where I should write :P

So, here are the publishers/developers, which I'm interested and I've got problem to find contact:

Phantagram (Korean studio, which made Blade Warrior/Zyclunt and Kingdom under Fire, both for PC) - the problem is, that their contact form on website (english version) is no longer working. In effect, I can't find any e-mail to contact with them and vouch for releasing their games on GOG.

Sega - oh man, I really wish that there could be Sonic games (and HotD series) on GOG! But the only contact which I can find is tech support for various games, and that's it. I'm assuming that the best option would be to contact with their "japanes central", but I've got no idea, how to do it.

Cyberdreams/Cinemaware - I wish that there could be relased both Dark Seed games, but Cyberdreams is dead, and contact form for Cinemware website is no longer working. And again, dead point...

And in advance, many thanks for answer(s)!

I think you are looking for this thread. Not that active anymore unfortunately, but the people there did have quite a bit of success in contacting people.

Cinemaware is also, more or less, dead as they sold their games and label to Starbreeze 1 month ago.

As for the Dark Seed games, Night Dive Studios tried to bring them back, but they failed because licensing ended up being too much of an issue:
http://www.fastcompany.com/3053050/app-economy/how-one-company-is-bringing-old-video-games-back-from-the-dead

In early 2014, Kick tried to revive Dark Seed, a point-and-click adventure game that featured artwork by H.R. Giger. But after Giger’s sudden death, demands from the artist’s estate escalated, and the negotiations derailed. Kick, with his background as a video game character artist, still sounds shaken up when talking about it.

"It really kind of crushed me, because one, I’m just an admirer of his artwork. I have it all over my house, and it’s been a major influence to me throughout my life," Kick says. "Getting the chance to work with him at all would have been a highlight, of not only my career, but my life."

I didn't know about this thread earlier, but I think that it's rather referring to case no 3 only, but thank you anyway.

Nevertheless, it seems that Grargar has answered for my "third doubt", thank you Grargar, I wasn't aware about this case. What a shame :(

Anyway, I'm still searching for proper contact in case 1 and 2 (by the way - can I assign "reward for help" in this thread for more than one user, or it's impossible?)

Little trick to get business contact number not the one they hand out is the BBB
The BBB lists the main building number where some receptionist will answer.

You can ask for a mailing address from her.
Hopefully they speak English though.

Most people in the world do though.

Side note... it is fun way to call up valve and harass them.
Make sure to ask them why your pirated version of some steam game doesn't work.

Phantagram's site looks like it hasn't been updated ever since 2012. Considering also how they stopped developing games ever since 2010, it's very possible that they have either shut down quietly or gone into hiatus.

Regarding Sega, you could try contacting them through one of the e-mail addresses from below:

As far as I know, you can't.

Both the Korean and the Japanese versions of the Phantagram sites contain email addresses, though no idea if the people reading those understand English (though they should). You may want to try those.

The site's registration seems to have been updated in 2015, and the domain is valid until 2017. So even if they ain't updating the content, seems like they still care about the site.

No doubt about that. Desura's domain is also set to expire in 2019, even if the site is currently on auto-pilot. I was talking about content. The latest piece of news is from 29th October 2012. Considering how filled to the brim is their newsfeed with Kingdom Under Fire 2, I doubt they would still be active and just omit more recent developments regarding the game.
Sorry for lack of answer, I was quite busy (& tired) in last few days (now I'm only tired, but that's still some progress ;))

@Grargar - I have seen this list already, but I've thought that it was rather for technical problem with games. Anyway, I've gave a shot with contact to US division, now fighting to have some accurate contact info :P

I've got to be honest, I've thought that Phantagram is still working with that Kingdom Under Fire 2 MMO game, didn''t even thought that they've silently stopped all activity (on the other hand, it seems that even form for contact on KUF 2 website is not working correctly anymore

@JMich - I was trying to figure out how to use contact form on korean version of website, but I failed miserably. It's so hard to find it :/

@Regals - sounds like an interesting idea, but in two cases I can't even locate any functional contact at all :P (and in case of Sega it seems to be a bit harder than I've thought)

Thanks a lot to everyone for answers, I still would like to wait for maybe some replies from other users (I still will have some serious trouble with giving "help star" just to one user :P)

Just went to look those Korean and Japanese pages.
Phantagram's Korean Contact Us-page has links to three contact forms and the
middle blue button one "해외사업 관련문의" is for Overseas inquiries.
That contact form sends filled info to: overseas@phantagram.com (is mentioned in form source) and
this email-address is same in Japanese Contact Us-page.
Splendid! Thank you a lot MIKiL, I couldn't find this e-mail by myself. It's a great achievemnt to break through this "language wall".

Well, I'm guessing that's it, since I probably need to fight through to have necessary e-mail to Sega and that Dark Seed is currently in some sort of "limbo".

Thanks, many thanks for all who answered in this thread, I wish I could give more than one "solved star", so sorry if anyone feel that he/she deserves it and didn't receive it, I would gladly give it, if I could :(

The Cinemaware brand and all of Cinemaware's games were recently sold to Starbreeze.

Press release and contact information can be found here.
So, unfortunately, I've achieved absolutely nothing. In case of Phantagram, I have never received any answer. I'm afraid that it can be true, that their long lack of activity can be the sign that they've stopped any activity (on the other hand, who would deal with servers for KuF2? I'm assuming that this game is still working?)

Officially available mails for Sega (support) are not helping, I didn't get out of the classic copy&paste answers such as "check official website for new releases", it's like hitting in the wall with your own head. And despite my search, I didn't find any other contact.

I'm guessing that making anything more in these two cases is out of my possibilities (even with my persistance). But anyway - thanks again for everyone who thas written any solution/hints in this thread.
