Shmacky-McNuts: Oh, sorry. I forget because I only use wallet(derp). Yes. Automated refunds go into your wallet. It gives you another choice and I think its the method used to make a payment. But I only know wallet is fast, so im 99% sure it is automated. But they do give 2 choices. So thats something =D
Leroux: Fair enough! That would take at least some of the load of their shoulders then. But I could imagine they still have to deal manually with many requests from customers who want their money back in their bank account. Good to know that the wallet transactions are fast though, in case I ever need to use the system. Thanks for the reply! :)
Just to note. The time it took to have this conversation, I already got both refunds. Gog makes this super user friendly and in spite of the other Support system. The refund system is legit good at this time. I hate it when I buy a game and it sucks so bad I feel robbed. I delete and it would bother me I wasted the money. I have to give credit for the refund system. They do right by the customer in this way =D
