So I redeemed several games from twitch prime over the last month and just realized at least 4 have not been added yet. Is there a lag time for games w prime to be added or am I looking at something else?
Are those codes that never gave you the game last month codes you obtained from amazon prime directly, or codes you obtained from random "code giveaway" from the internet ?

If those are codes coming from giveaway threads over various internet places that give codes publicly, what can happen is that several people are entering the code but it happened during a "gog server hiccup" (very common when there are new games gog games given away by at Prime)

And when that happen instead of having the message "this code is in use/currently being redeemed" that tell you that the code have already been used by someone else, gog is bugging out and leave you enter the code as if it was you that was the 1st with the button to claim it, even tell you it will be added soon to your library, but in reality it goes nowhere because that code has already been redeemed by someone else before you, it's just that gog bugged out.

As otherwise if you were the fist, at most a game would take 24hours to appear in your library when gog servers are busy, not a whole month.

If you got those codes from amazon prime directly, that's an issue you should bring up to gog through their report system.

I have the same issue, and no, these are not code from "random" websites. These are given out to Amazon Prime subscribers on Twitch.tv for Prime Gaming. And I have the same issue... Not a single game that was given out today to us is showing up in my library at all that I claimed.

When gog servers are busy (and it looks like they are) , at the very most some people reported they got their games from a couple of hours to up to 24 hours after being redeemed, but not more than that (at least not a month of waiting like in the opening post)
Hopefully you'll get yours before that.

All direct from amazon prime gaming, last one that I added that hasnt shown up was added 4 days ago, the oldest is almost a month old. Cant resubmit the codes as theyre already used. Getting worried bc the oldest games I added are about to leave prime gaming and I still have not received the games yet

yep prime codes i entered arn't working either :(
My longest delay has been two days. The wait time seems to vary depending on the popularity of the games and how many people are rushing to activate their keys. Sometimes activation happens instantly, despite the message "might take longer to appear".
Other times, it can take a few hours, around five, or even a full day. These delays do not follow a consistent pattern. Ultimately, only GOG knows the exact reasons behind this variability.
You have a case of one month, I would contact support.
Someone mentioned in another thread, that the redeemed codes are queued up in some server and may take time to process the request. The longest I've had to wait though was a little over a day.

If it's been 4 days (which seems rather extreme), then reaching out to GOG support is the best option. Be as detailed as you can, to avoid explaining via multiple emails.
.
If it is a public code, the first one who redeems the code will get an answer of code redeem successfully.

But, if the server takes a time to validate the code, meanwhile, more people could redeem the code successfully too but they were using a code that was used before, but they also get a "code redeem successfully" answer. But server only validate the first account who claimed the code.

I lost a game because of this same problem, redeemed a Code that I had directly from prime, but days passed, and nothing happened after my code supposedly was redeemed successfully.

That is why better to contact Customer support before the expiring date, because if not you will lose that game you claimed.
