Hello,
Just to be clear, this has nothing to do with the recent delay. This is from past week and I'm still getting Cyberpunk 2077,only not as a GOG download but as physical copy.
Past week I refunded my GOG pre-order through your Customer Service. All seemed to go well, I would wait a few days and voila, funds back on account. This was 19th of October, almost 9 days ago and to this day I still haven't received the refund.
I used one of my banks virtual e-cards for the purchase the moment Pre-orders opened past year, so that may be a problem, not that I know about since surely funds would go back to account instead of card I would guess, and I still have the same virtual Ecard active.
So I must ask... HELP!
