for those who are concerned: this should be added to the following GOG mix on release: "Games with mods locked on Steam." There may be a 3rd party site to grab mods but it's locked. Also, on Steam you order you can get in the pre-order beta. The first chapter is convoluted and I can't figure out how to set it up (I'd love to have signals automatically generated and it tells you to setup parallel lines) and how to supply the base resource for a city but that's it. Also, if you don't do something in the objectives by the end of that year? you FAIL and have to restart.
