I may as well give you the one serious answer in what's inevitably going to be a whole slew of jokes since we get a thread like this about once a week:
First off, the staff tends not to read the forum, so if you're looking for an answer from them, you're better off sending an email to support (although they're likely to give you the same answer I'm about to). 99% of the responses you get in here will be from random users.
Second of all, there's no way for any of us to know what will come to GOG unless they've already announced it, in which case you could find it simply by searching for it on the store. We can guess and wonder and debate, but there's no definite answer which we can possibly give you. Even if the staff knows, they tend to be pretty reserved about it and will give you a "maybe" at best.

If you want a game to come here, send an email to the publishers and ask them to bring it here. That's your best bet.
