I don't know who you address here but you seem to be making up a strawman argument, i don't know anyone personally who wants him ill because he has released subpar quality games, it's about his false marketing attempts, his false haughty attitude, insulting anyone who has different opinions etc and if these allegation turns out to be true then it's really hard to defend him.

Also how do you know who bought aliens colonial marines ? i didn't buy it and there's tons of other people who didn't but it still don't excuse how he handled the situation and it deserves to be called out because less deception and false marketing in the industry is a good thing to strive for in a time where publishers are willing to go to any length to make money out of the consumer.

Not addressing anyone in particular, I just see a lot of people that are happy about a guy getting robbed and I just think that's a very asshole-thing to do, especially since this concerns a video game-related personality.

I agree that Gearbox deserves to be called out for deception and false marketing, that really is a good thing to strive for. Being happy at a person getting robbed isn't going to help anyone though. I don't mean to sound like I am speaking from a moral high ground, I know how pretentious I sound right now, but I'd rather get insulted by someone for having a different opinion or get lied to instead of being robbed by an employee. I also understand that three million may be nothing for him, but still, it just seems odd to me to say someone DESERVES to get robbed, you know?
