FlavioV: Update: we can pay with Pix now! Choose bank transfer as payment method and proceed to checkout. You'll be transferred to BoaCompra, where Pix should now be the default choice.

There's a good chance it was already there. I tend to use either PayPal or Boleto, but I didn't even realize I clicked bank transfer until it opened the BoaCompra page.
Still, this is great news for us Brazilians!

_Auster_: Still a problem if BoaCompra starts misbehaving, no? And it can be pretty unstable, specially during bigger events such as during a hyped sale.
Has someone been able to actually pay with PIX? I've been unable to do so. The bank connection to the payment processor times out, or I just receive a refund and the page goes back to the order screen

I was able to. Maybe try asking your bank if they blocked the transaction, or try some e-wallet.
