That's why I no longer buy games on day 1 unless I want to support the developer, like Witcher 3 and Divinity Original Sin 2.

Well, that's what you get for pre-ordering. A pre-order is a way to voluntarily support a game developer (also known as 'donation'), not a way of actually getting a working game. Let alone a complete one. ;-)

This. Well the Definitive Edition is supposed to have all content of Royal/Champion... So I hope those who have Hero+White March will get at least a hefty discount for the upgrade.

I have the Royal KS edition here as well... I guess all of us will have to contact support to check our library and upgrade...

Anyone from GOG could comment on this please?

OldFatGuy: Yeah yeah whatever. Feel better??? Because I'm still not buying from Paradox or Obsidian ever again. And am still considering whether to expand that to GoG.
How is GOG to blame for any of this?
