The PCGamingWiki is a collaboratively edited, free Internet encyclopedia focused on collecting game behavior data (such as save locations and startup parameters) to optimizing gameplay and fixing issues found in PC video games.

After helping out a random person on YouTube to play an 12 year old game by simply pointing to an existing PC Gaming Wiki page with all the fixes he needs, I am curious;
How many people do even know about the project ? Do you use it, or just search for fixes on GOG/Steam/etc... ?
I accidentally found about it last year, searching for a fix, and since I mostly play old games I started creating new pages and updating existing ones myself. In the process I also learned about a lot of tools for enabling vsync, forcing anti-aliasing, borderless window, various tools for changing FOV, benefits of dgVoodoo for fixing old DirectX games, WineD3D for Windows... so I can play the older titles how I want and in their full glory (if possible).
I guess I could also ask the same about Widescreen Gaming Forums ? I see many new YouTube videos of people still playing games in 4:3 and stretched widescreen with low FOV when fixes are available. Do you people visit that site for you widescreen and FOV fix ?

Also what other sites do you recommend, if there are others ?
I guess this topic is about raising public awareness of sites like this :)
