I'm currently encountering some serious issues with adding funds to my GOG Wallet using Paysafecards.

First it would not even re-direct me to the code entry page and gave me the Error site stating



"Your payment attempt was declined by your bank because they require your confirmation, or additional information from you.
What should I do now?"



and so on.

I then closed my browser again and restarted it. Tried to add funds through the Paysafecard option and then i actually came to the paysafecard code entry page. All working well. Until it came to verification process....
Now all i get is the page saying:



"Please wait...

KRAFTWERK2K1, we are waiting for verification of your payment attempt - please be patient as this may take a moment."


It keeps reloading and reloading every 5 or 6 seconds and NOTHING happens. I have this tab open for 2 hours now and nothing changes.... i had 10 euros added to it and i'm afraid the servers are completely dumped because of Cyberpunk... and i basically lost money now -_-

What the hell can i do now? If my paysafecard code is being rendered useless and i STILL don't have the funds added to my account i basically lost money for nothing.

Contact support about it. It might take a while (long while) for them to contact you back. This is unfortunately how it is right now.

Unless this is a temporary glitch. You might try, if you haven't already, to use the latest chrome browser, since it seems recently some "security" updates have been introduced that might interfere with various payment options.

I don't really know how either of the systems (paysafecard to gog) work, but there is definitely a security layer(s) in between, and it seems to be blocking you now for one reason or another.

But if I remember correctly, paysafe either has to confirm with gog they received the money, or the transaction is declined after a few minutes and you can use the code again. I'm sure there is a way to check this.

Paying does not work no. Good we save money.

Which browser are you using and what plugins are you running?

Without this information, the best guess I (or anyone else) can make is that you have a plugin (e.g. NoScript) which has to be configured to permit scripts from third party sites. GOG have recently changed their payment system which means further domains (notably pay.google.com) have to be allowed, even if you do not use Google Pay.

I'm using firefox right now but i haven't changed anything recently and also didn't change any of my plugins. I have been adding funds to my GOG Wallet a lot in the recent 3 months and all with the exact same browser configuration (and also NoScript settings) as i have it now. Which is why i don't know why it suddenly doesn't work. I gave GOG full permission and even deactivated Ublock and privacy badger. Heck, i even allowed Google because of their captcha system. And like i said, that never was a problem until now...

I tried it again under Opera Browser and the same damn problem happens there as well. The site hangs in a constant refresh loop on the verification page of GOG right after you entered the paysafe card code.

Are you using a VPN or anything else that could change your IP address? If so try disabling it.

Aside from that, it does sound like either a GOG or PaySafeCard server issue - if you've not already done so, try raising tickets with both companies (though GOG support response times are really bad at the moment).

Nope, no VPN at all. I guess the GOG Servers really are currently completely junk'd due to Cyberpunk 2077 -_-

I have the EXACT same experience!
First (yesterday) it didn't even get to where I could enter PIN, and at that time I couldn't even check my card balance on Paysafecards website.
Today I can see my money, and I get to enter my PIN at GOG, but it's stuck at verifying.

Glad someone else also has this problem, so it's not just me :)
Contacted support but probably takes a while, but I have higher hopes of having it fixed now that others have the problem too :)

I'm getting this same exact issue today, and it won't ever let me reach the payssafe website, it just tells me the nonexistent bank won't let me purchase anything.
I filed a support ticket, but no one's getting back to me...
