It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Well, to track and make something useful with my problem in this thread. The problems was not on Gog's side, today I have to confirm that.

Finally I did a ticket to support team, like suggested, and they confirm that my problem in that day was caused by Paypal, and they made the refund automatically by their side (I'm not the only case I suppose).

The refund has take full theree days to return. I was waiting to confirm the case and make this kind of update. So if anybody have similar issue, just be more patient than normal.

So apparently, the poblem wasn't the same that is exposed in this thread. When I was postting my case, I was just simply assuming on first impression, my fault on that.

scientiae: Seriously, make a problem ticket and get Gog support to assist. There is zero point in documenting your trouble here when you don't know what the problem is and we can't tell.
Yes, I know, is just I was very lost on this because... you know, making a quick search I was assuming things.

Don't worry about the misapprehended assumption (I'm sure we've all done that) what is important is that you have explained what happened, here.

Well done adding this denouement reply —— since a too many people would not bother —— because it helps others, in the future, to determine what possible problems might be causing their current situation and what the best course of action would be. We can all learn from everyone, if we all help each other. :)
I was having a similar issue with the paypal pop-up not showing up in private browsing on firefox. I just added an exception to Firefox block popups and the paypal window came up and I did a one-time purchase as usual with successful completeion of order on GOG and paypal's side. Hope that helps someone.
Jumping in on the 'Full stop on GOG purchases through Paypal' train.

I have never had any problem with purchasing through GOG before, using Paypal (My bank automatically prevents any purchases from overseas, but that does not prevent Paypal from working). Got a new card with new EXP date ion Nov 2019, updated my Paypal with info, and no problem from other sites, but ever soince then, same as above, click purchase through paypal, paypal window opens, I click purchase, ther is some spinning, goes back to Cart with no purchase and no message of failure, just still waiting for me to pay.

EDIT- I am using the GOG site in Firefox browser. Was not even aware that you could purchase through the Galaxy app.

How does one submit a ticket to GOG to get this fixed?

Thank you,

~Rags

I have the same problem. I can't buy trough Paypal, both with the browser and also in Galaxy. I don't use NoScript.

Same issue here as well.

Tried from different OS (including android), different browsers (with ublock origin and without) - no luck.

After "There was a problem with processing your payment. Please try again", paypal blocks the amount from my card but then instead of transferring to GOG it returns back to me in couple of days.

Complete craziness ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Come on, GOG! Get this working. I wanna play some Outwars before Monday. No NoScript either. Turned off all add-ons, restarted firefox. Tried different browsers. All same.
