You are a regular in the forums as am I, so I know you most likely see a large number of my posts as well. Therefore you know that while I am a satisfied GOG customer I do not hesitate to point out any flaws in their service often in great detail, nor to repeatedly bring such flaws up regularly where warranted in order to make it known and to encourage the problems to get fixed. I do the same in the public Mantis bug tracking database, and on the GOG GALAXY BETA thread and countless other places.
I think my public communication record shows clearly that despite being a satisfied GOG customer I also clearly communicate the bad with the good and do so in an unbiased fashion speaking the truth of my experiences on both sides of the spectrum. Anyone who reads my posts frequently I believe including yourself surely would attest to that.
If someone hasn't paid that close attention to my posts and needs a sample of both sides of the coin simply visit the GOG GALAXY BETA thread and the "What did just break" thread, as well as the "What did just update" thread as 3 prime examples where I regularly post both the bad along with the good quite openly. Search for my nick and read every post. That should show beyond any reasonable doubt that I speak without bias exactly what I feel about every experience I have good or bad.
I'll let my public record stand for itself, as it's all out there in the open.

edit: oh I can download my games too now, didnt get a reply from GOG though nor a confirmation mail for my purchase... Dont think Ill buy another game on this platform ever again.
Nonsense, there are several threads with similar problems occurring for people both using paypal and paysafecard that I've seen today and commented on. I've spoken up to try to help people who are having these problems and directly wrote to GOG insiders to hopefully get them to fast track something to support for everyone who might be experiencing problems as I want to see people have good experiences here because I actually give a flying fuck about other people, even people I may not always agree with.

I care about one thing - trying to step up to the plate and help people in the community experiencing problems like this when I see it happen if I think I might be able to do so, including yourself if it is happening to you too. I'd like everyone ultimately to have the same great experiences that I've had on GOG and if someone isn't well then that bothers me.
