Good evening everyone! I'm new to GOG, and tried to buy Cyberpunk 2077 here, since it's way cheaper (right now) in comparison to Steem.

Thing is, my payment was declined (by the provider in my region). No money was taken, no game was received, obviously. But, the game has been in my "orders history" for like... One day and a half, "in progress".

Will I get any charges if I open a new purchase of the game? Or It's fine, and it's normal?

There should be a button saying "Complete order" or so. Clicking on that will redirect you to your shopping cart and on that you can use the "Remove" button to remove the game and empty your cart. Then the "in progress" entry in your orders history should have disappeared. After that just try to buy the game again.

G'day, thanks for the answer.

There wasn't any "Complete order" button, for me at least.
Tried to add it to my cart and then empty it shortly after, no avail.Still "In progress".

Worth mentioning, I paid using my debit card (or tried to). But, since I can't use it during night time (bank's rules), the payment was declined.

Any other ideas, kind sir?

When you click on "Check status" does it redirect you to your shopping cart?

Hmm I honestly have never experienced this situation before. I think it's the best to contact GOG support.

I can lock my creditcard for certain service types, so it will decline payments for example for gambling sites.

In your case you bank seems to want to do a manual check. You shoul check whatever online access you have to your card and see what's happening or contact them.

Yeah, that would be my guess as well. The purchase will probably go through just fine, given enough time for the bank to get to it. If this is a standard policy of that bank, they probably have quite a few transactions to get through.

Based on the language used in that screen shot you have, I am assuming that GOG's sale price would be locked in, no matter how long approval takes.

Just the same, I think I would call that bank to see if they might be able to expedite the approval. If you're near the bank, I think stopping by at the bank might also help, so you can prove that you are you, and not just some imposter running a scam on the phone.

Probably silly to ask a "did you plug it in?" question, but did you look in the Account/games section to see if the game was there?

Any chance that single game in your account is CP2077?
