Just looking if someone can help, I was singed out of GOG galaxy and when I try to login it says user not found. Luckly my gog website account was still saved so I could go in buy I am unable to change the password. I tried the reset multiple times and I never get an email, I've checked junk spam, etc folders. I've submitted a ticket but I'm worried that I wont get a response back if I'm not getting anything back from the password reset.

Has anyone encountered this before?

Welcome to the club. This has been happening to a lot of us, myself included. Only thing you can do is submit a ticket at the support centre and prepare youself to wait for a looong time, Ive veen waiting for 6 days and still nothing. This could have happened for two reasons: your account was hacked or you bought games from a third party website, and GOG has redeemed your account the owner of stolen games. Good news is if your case is the latter, you dont need to worry, cause it is not illegal to buy games this way and GOG has just messed up big, and people are very slowly recovering their accounts. Still, I would change the password of the email you used to enter GOG, in case it has been hacked.

Thanks for the reply no I bought CP2077 directly from GOG just now when I try to login I can I even had 2 factor authentication so not sure what happened.. Thanks I'll keep waiting

BTW is there anyway to download the patch without GOG Galaxy?
