When the Little Big Adventure appeared as part of the Insomnia Sale, I noticed it was not marked as owned by me already. I took a look on the pages of other games I own, and in the catalogue, and sure enough none of them are marked as already owned. Is it the same for others, or is it just me?
This question / problem has been solved by Firekimage
Mine show up as owned.

Edit: I see others are having this problem though. https://www.gog.com/forum/general/we_are_listening_to_your_feedback/post634

It's a frequently experienced problem every time there is a big sale.

This time is not general as I see the game I own marked as such in their pages. The behaviour in the front page is not consistent. Sometimes it says I own them, other times it doesn't.
Yeah, I totally have that problem too. I own whole catalogue (there is no doubt about it) and yet only small portion of it shows as owned.
I am really pissed about this and hope blues will notice and remedy soon.
It happened for me in a one of the previous big sales.
It always happens. GOG's servers just cannot cope with the number of users and so just never bother.
I have several games that do not show as owned when I click on them until I get to the checkout.
Same here. Games aren't listed as owned on the games pages. GOG has done such things in the past during sales to reduce serverload.

As I mentioned in a different thread, this is an optimization thing, which we enable during heavy website traffic. While personalization will make the site less convenient to view, we believe it is a good compromise to having the site prone to unresponsiveness, or even errors. Fetching custom data is a lot more resource-consuming than offering cached elements (if I understand this correctly).
We hope you can forgive the inconvenience.

That being said, personalization has been re-enabled for the time being. :)
I'm having the same issue. Got Stasis in the Winter Sale and upgraded to the Deluxe Edition but only these two show up as owned and not the Deluxe Edition itself. Even the checkout page is incorrect stating "Please note that STASIS AND STASIS: Deluxe Edition Upgrade are included in STASIS: Deluxe Edition but you already own these items, and will not receive another copy when you buy this pack."

You'd think this is correct but reading carefully it says I only own two elements of the Deluxe Edition and will still let me checkout with the Deluxe Edition as if I don't own it. I don't see how this topic can be marked solved for an issue that still occurs if you don't buy the Deluxe Edition directly or how it can be an optimization vs customization issue. This is not about settings but a fundamental aspect of the site that should be working correctly, always.
