This appears in the banner images at the top of the main page, but can’t find a release thread or news item. So, new dlc for Outward:

Probably too busy answering/sorting out the endless stream of inquiries/tickets/complaints that the Witcher 3 GOTY edition didn't show up in the library/wasn't available IMMEDIATELY.
