Hello all!

Love the Outlaw game and was playing it but in 3dFXGlide mode, the train level bounces up and down, like your constantly jumping, making the level unplayable properly. The rest of the game is fine.

On the other hand, Direct3d mode the train level is fine but certain water textures, mainly the waterfall, become white and often causes the game to crash. Trying to figure out the proper fix if there is one. Been tinkering with both olcfg and dgVoodoo version 2_63_2. Haven't found the sweet spot.

UPDATE: 3DFXGlide mode now works after turning off the vertical synch in the nGlide 2.00 configurator.

I attached an image of the visual glitch in Direct3D mode.

Any help on the later would be appreciated. Thanks.

Apparently the Direct3D glitch is "normal" or expected. It was a problem even when the api was added to the game time after the other graphic modes software or 3dfx. If I am not wrong the direct3d mode option was added in a patch and it was sadly unfinished of unpolished. It was advised in the readme of the patch as known issues.

Interesting. Well I'm glad I figured out the 3DFXGlied mode V-Synch. I think that version looks a little better too.

Thanks for the reply. Sorry it took me a while to respond.
try to use nGlide 2.10

remember that full hud is available only in software rendering mode (it works only with dgVoodoo2 in windows 8/8.1 & 10)
