No Man's Sky (it's actually a really good game now)
Edit: Though the "space" section on NHS is mostly a sideshow to what happens on the planets.

Never tried Freespace, but Freespace 2 gave the good vibes that TIE Fighter did... Nice story, missions, variety of spacecraft available... All in sinergy. Played to completion, which is not something I do with all games.


Playing Rebel Galaxy: Outlaw and Everspace these days. The first with a controller (as I did with the original 2.5 D Rebel Galaxy) and the second with mouse and keyboard.
