Goatbrush: Escape Goat is a very short but fun puzzle game.

There are extra bonus levels which I'm finding very difficult, and I'm sure they'll take longer to get through but the main game took me about 90 minutes to beat first try. It would be even less if you don't do all the optional levels.
Took me longer but that might depend on intelligence.

Think shelter is a short game too.
A little shorter (unless you really explore), but Dear Esther and FTL, as well as Beyond Good and Evil.

Edit: suggestion for the list though - add the category of game perhaps. Think this would also work as a gog mix thingy

Laziter: Evoland is short too.
It could be finished in about 5 hours. I took my time to play the game and was still finished after about 8 hours.

The Binding of Isaac
Worms (any game when playing matches)

EDIT:::
I have never played, but I would think Dino Run could be finished quite quickly.

Really? I think I spent about an hour and a half on it and haven't gotten anywhere yet - might just be me though - I seem to keep losing track of my goals.
The Shivah
Blackwell Legacy
Blackwell Unbound
Blackwell Conversion
Blackwell Deception
Gemini Rue
Puzzle Bots
Jolly Rover
To the Moon
Ben There, Dan That
The Stanley Parable
A Story About My Uncle
The Ballads of Reemus: When the Bed Bites
Hector - Badge of Carnage (a single episode, that is; I guess the same would apply for most Telltale games)
Samorost 1&2
Thomas Was Alone
Anodyne (unless, like me, you get hopelessly stuck near the end due to the jumping mechanics )
Escape Goat
Soulcaster I & II
Iji
Trauma
Superbrothers Sword & Sorcery EP
Dwarf Quest
Little Inferno
Laser Cat
Nightmares from the Deep: The Cursed Heart (if you don't mind trying a HOG)

Possibly (not quite sure from memory):
Time Gentlemen, Please!
Emerald City Confidential
Primordia
VVVVVV
Waking Mars
Hotline Miami

Possibly (just guessing, I haven't completed them yet):
Unmechanical
Qasir al-Wasat - A Night in Between
Freedom Fall
Rico - A Tale of Two Brothers
Beast Boxing Turbo
Zeno Clash

I know it definitely took me longer than an hour, too, but I think the feeling of not getting anywhere is inherent to the game and not dependent on your progress. ;) It fits the label of a short game, but personally I'm not sure whether I'd recommend it.

I think it can vary, since each playthrough ends up a bit differently due to your decisions (or so I remember).
- To The Moon
- Dear Esther
- The Blackwell Bundle (Each individual game in the bundle is a 1 day game basically)

Exactly that game!
Looks like i have summat to do whilst i cook tomorrow!
Adding on to my previous post, while not entire games exactly how would you feel about episodic gaming?

I enjoyed The Walking Dead, and the Telltale adventures in general. Each individual episode is perfect for a short-to-moderate gaming session.
