The game is old good classics, but sadly it's not for GOG, I don't understand having retro games on Steam - who plays them there between fresh AAA releases and thousands of new indies?

Omikron? It's here - http://www.gog.com/game/omikron_the_nomad_soul

It's free on Steam because Square Enix presumably wants to direct people to Steam, where most sales happen anyway (old games or not).
