I'm pretty sure these 2 games were on an old Apple computer. I feel like one of them we actually had to type in code to get the game

Anyway the first one you were a tank that would should different colored shapes that would bounce into the screen, the bigger ones would split into smaller ones and you kept going until they bounced too low and killed your tank.

The second game I feel like I had to type in code for. You had to shoot these little things that would move all around and I think they were just O's. They would keep recreating from the hive, (the square in the picture) until you shot the hive up. Once you killed all the hives and the O's you would move on to a different layout.

Thanks for any help you can provide been searching for these games forever.

Was the first one Missile Defence, or some variation of it?

"Old Apple" meaning what? The original black&white Mac? Apple IIc?

The second game sounds like virtualapple.org.
Wasn't like missile defense, the shapes would bounce into the screen and keep bouncing until you shot them or they hit you.

I thought it was an Apple IIg but it was so long ago now I can't be sure.

Yeah I saw Bolo in my research but it was simpler than that and just black and white.

Thanks for the responses but these 2 games just might be too obscure.
