Edit: Since people are still seeing this topic, here's the official announcement from Capcom:

Seems to be confirmed through magazine leaks. It appears the Korean ratings and retailer listings were the real deal

We know Capcom will release games on GOG, so here's hoping Okami makes it here too.

I remember Okami, I played it on PS2 like ten years ago... (so many years! LOL :P)
It was a very special game, very unique. I hope it gets a good HD treatment.
Well the HD treatment was released on PS3 years ago.

And it's a technical achievment for PS3, considering it runs at 4K internal resolution and is downsampled to 1080p.
Oooh that's really nice, I loved playing this game long time ago
Great news! Thanks for sharing.
Super exited about that! Bought it on the PS2, then the PS3, and will sure as he** buy it again.

Awesome that it's finally coming to PC as well, ... altough I will still buy it for my PS4.

12th of December is the date for the launch.
So is it going to have Denuvo?
Any news about that? I've always heard good things about Okami and the PC version is a great chance for me to finally play it. A GOG version would be awesome!
Good news, even though I had/still have a PS2, I never really got to play it, glad it's coming to PC.
Time to buy the game again then, I guess (provided it'll exist in a DRM-free form). I must admit I don't yet have it for the Playstation 2 (I have the console, and I try to buy games for their original platform even if I also get them for a more modern one), but only for the Playstation 3. The motion controls introduced there -by the way- while interesting, don't work quite as well as I'd like, especially outside of combat, and I just end up doing everything with the dualshock controller.

I wonder how the combat would work with keyboard and mouse.
