You won't believe what just happened. In a sort of flash of genuine ingenuity, i discovered that this piece of junk that entered my sacred library (don't!) titled "Unknown" is in fact both installable, and as i later managed to find out, playable . . .
The title is still "Unknown" but behind that silly facade we find a completely working game, who's title is not "Unknown"
How about that?!

Yesterday's eve the deal for both Arcania games seemed pretty swell so i hurried to see how my wallet was doin. . . fine, thank you very much . . . and proceeded with making ah purchase.

This went of course horribly wrong. Spent hours of waiting for the products to arrive. . .
Yes!! They've arrived \o/ . . .
Only to find them as static objects named as games in my library. Finally went to bed, dissapointed and with a soar throat.

This morning. . . Well.. whot do you reckon happenend . . . no fucked up sorry elves who magically made everything all right during my shut eye. Not some pathetic little dwarven shit who felt responsible...

Nah , none of that all. Just the first game Arcania Remastered present and active and the followup Arcania named as unknown, active but leading to a library page with no actual information presented

So how to proceed in a recommeded manner is my actual question ?

A. Reach Out

B. Wait it Out

C. xxxxxxxxxxx

You know what...... i'll even throw in a couple of copies of the both Arcania games .... for the rightfull anwsers . . . if any!

If something went wrong I guess the best way to resolve the issue would be contacting support by making ticket:

If there are only the entries in the library, it is possible that offline installers have not been added yet (this happens sometimes), but according to data in GOG DB installer should be present (https://www.gogdb.org/product/1563060356#downloads)

In this case,it would be best to just contact support and ssk them to check your account.

It looks like similar problem related to has been reported by other user, so it can be not directly related to your account. Still it could be good idea to report it with a ticket, to make GoG aware of this issue:

Soar = When something is moving or flying in the air, such as, an aeroplane, a bird etc...

Sore = When something hurts, but is not overly painful. Such as hitting one's thumb with a hammer, but not breaking the skin, or bumping one's head on something...

Are you talking about the library in Galaxy or your web library via browser? In the first case it might help to synchronise the library again. In the second case try an account refresh (gogtrial already posted the link). If that doesn't help you should contact support. Normally they solve that kind of problem within two or three days.

Edit: Or you could try to get an automated refund to the wallet and buy the games again.Not sure if it is the best solution when there's a problem with your account though.

Like others have said, there are Galaxy problems and there are account problems.

If it's Galaxy only (your games are intact when viewed via browser) then you might consider logging out and turning off Galaxy, deleting (or renaming) Galaxy's database cache file and let the file re-populate from scratch and see if that clears the problem. Can't hurt to try - it can be found here:

C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\Storage\galaxy.db

If the game entries are blank when viewed from browser, and an account refresh doesn't work, then your only recourse is getting Support to help you.

Do you want to receive both Arkania titles? As best offered answer to this problem great suggestions! During the process of determining how to proceed, i actually found that the webpage displays my library correct but.... the galaxy entry is flawed but only where it concerns the game page and avatar. The flaw installs and as it turns play correct.

just made my first couple of steps in Blade of Destiny, not sure if i should be annoyed or delighted!
first i had to figure out that the modern additions do come with some quirks. Such as, if you upscale the UI to something more readable as per option you might find that conversation text might be partly hidden. Now, the wonderful DM will guide you through the texts but this won't work for the reaction options. but okay, enlisted myself for a quest searching for a grave of a mighty hero of the past, but before we can go we need to find the armory! at first i thought that the large castle would also hold the armory but that was just another place where we apparantly can join some other folks that i think live in the castle. Also a request to inspect the cellars, please, after we have put some equipment on.....
Guess i need to download a map for the local area!

Most titles I've bought in response to 5-star reviews that are highly positive repped, whereas 1-stars reviews are negrepped to f**k have been my MANY "GOG mistakes"!
