Ok, it's official...GOG is broken beyond repair.
I (a German user) am (once again) able to see a NSFW release.
And this one comes with screenshots that actually show (barely covered) skin. <shocked face emoji>

(and I just checked...the same is true for the three new Kagura releases (minus the barely covered skin screenshots))

Ok, I've got to finally ask: why is the style of choice for all the 3D porn games is this "plastic doll" look?

It's the same stuff you would see on a beach or at a swimming pool :)
But of course that's too much for Germans :D

Actually I think for Germany the dick touching pick and the ass grab, even dressed , would be worse.
Nudity or skimpy clothes are usually not too problematic.

Ahh and it is gone. Nah that is the Iray, I don't want to play around too much with SSS and Textures look.
For the amount of pics and the small team it's probably not feasible to set up all textures correctly.
Could also be the style intended hard to say.
The default textures of Nvidia Iray kinda look that way though if you don't work with them.
I prefer octane anyways but that even more of a hassle to setup and expensive for commercial use.

Finally. Devs and myself have waited for GOG. Glad they finally were able to release it. Instabought. It is simply the way the tool these were made with Daz3D creates the renders. They are trying to get more realistic but given the fact that each frame already takes long time to get rendered as they are I doubt that they will ever be completely realistic. Imo it still looks better than a drawn image but that of course is a subjective matter of taste :)

A catalogue search for "Summer with Mia" produces Summer with Mia Season 1. Was Season 2 planned and abandoned? Does it exist but not on GOG? Is Returning the actual Season 2? Did they realise Season 2 would logically be Autumn...?

Returning to Mia is the actual Season 2. Season 1 is a self contained story without an open end. Returning to Mia takes place at a later time.

I'd say, these games are the 3D equivalent to "GameMaker" games.
And as with "GM" games, very few developers make the effort, to actually create their own assets/models.
Instead, most of them take (buy?) certain free (cheap?), and very basic looking, character and background packs, that are around for "an eternity", and use those - over and over.
And since so many of them do this...tada: the "plastic doll look" as "style of choice".

Not kidding: there are certain characters and backgrounds around, that are so often re-used, that I think they count as "genre staples". XD
