It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi,
This just happend today, I never had problem like this. When I enter "My library" I can see the list of all my games, but when I click on any of them, nothing happens. I tried 2 other browsers and another PC, the problem is still there. Any ideas?

Yesterday, I would urge you to log out, log in and try again. Today? I'm not so sure, as others have been similarly unable to access their libraries. I would also tell you to contact support, but It's unfortunate that they are not responding on weekends.

I had this problem not too long ago, when I contacted support this was the first thing they suggested and it worked:

please redownload and reinstall the Downloader: https://secure.gog.com/downloader

I have the rest of the possible steps if this doesn't work.

Hope it helps you.

Unfortunately it didn't work... Would be grateful for other possible steps
Just deinstall downloader and try it without it!

Here is the full email response I got with all steps (I should have just posted it all last time!)

First, please redownload and reinstall the Downloader: https://secure.gog.com/downloader

If that doesn't help, delete the contents of your user account's GOG.com folder - its location depends on your operating system:
Windows Vista/7: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\GOG.com\
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Application Data\GOG.com\
Then try launching the Downloader.

If that doesn't help as well, you should verify that your .NET installation isn't corrupted. To do this, use the .NET Framerowk Setup Verification Tool and choose .NET 3.5 SP1:
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/10/13/8999004.aspx

Please also make sure that the Downloader is registered with your browser:
http://www.gog.com/support/support_view/registering_the_gog_downloader_in_common_browsers

If that doesn't help, you could contact support but it might take a couple of days.
Using my slim HTML knowledge I gathered with the help of the debugger that there is an issue in the "_min_global.d967038d.js" script.
The page crashes because of "galaxyAccounts" undefined object.
So it looks related to GOG Galaxy.

Any idea from someone more knowledgeable?
Is there a way to bypass the script?
Can you access the download link of a game directly (I had no luck with the debugger and page source code)?

Like I said before, try without gog downloader! I don`t use the downloader and I can acces my library without any problems!

Is there a way to disable/enable the gog downloader without opening a game panel in your library (something they are unable to do at the moment)?

The direct download game links don't seem to have any userID built in, so I can post some examples from my own library and maybe you can guess the link for your desired game:

https://www.gog.com/downlink/age_of_wonders/en1installer0

I'll dig up a few more examples for you now.

edit:
https://www.gog.com/downlink/mousecraft/en1installer2
https://www.gog.com/downlink/clarc/en1installer1
https://www.gog.com/downlink/system_shock_2/en1installer0
https://www.gog.com/downlink/system_shock_2/en1patch1
https://www.gog.com/downlink/deus_ex/en1installer0

Note that some games have additional patch links. If you post the game you own and you want to download here, perhaps someone can give you the exact download links for that game.

Agreed I don't use the GoG downloader at all and just tested that I can manually download successfully.

As I understand it, they cannot even access the section which lists the direct download links. (That is, when they click a game in their library, no panel opens up.)

Well, the downloader is a program, so it should be possible to deinstall it just like any other program. If it`s an addon to your browser, the you should be able to deinstall it in the addon menu of your browser.

True enough. I was wondering about disabling it from gog.com's point of view. Could be a moot point if they can't access the panel which displays the links anyway.
I never used GOG downloader and the problem is in the browser (any browser).
Like I said, there is the error in the script, the page doesn't load properly and I cannot access any of the games (nothing happens when you click on the icon).

L.E: This happened after purchasing X-Wing Alliance and X-wing vs Tie Fighter.

Post the game title. If I have it, I'll provide the download link here. If I don't, perhaps someone else will.
