Then I asked him how did that happen and he told a story about how he had multiple shoes on the side of his bed and he put his feet into the first two they landed in.
Well, I promptly asked, if you had all your shoes pointing in the right direction, how would end up with the same pair on the wrong feet?
He tried to get me fired, but that didn't happen.

I think that fad went out in the late 80's.

haha, you're really flouting your stuff there.
Don't disrespect the tiny 'e', without it we wouldn't have e-mail! Lack of the 'e' would cause a vowel movement. I shudder at the thought.
