As I stated above, I have opened a Support ticket and was able to receive the automated reply with ticket number. It seems currently that requests for remailing of Gift Codes and receipts are not working or arriving. Perhaps you could mention to Support and your back end team that more than a few of us are now experiencing this bug recently.
While I know that we can view our receipts in our Order History, that does not help if something unforeseen happens to GOG servers, or customer accts, I was taught to always keep independent records of receipts for legal proof. Currently I am taking screenshots, but I would like to track this down and restore my ability to receive receipts and - importantly - make sure Gift Codes I purchase are getting to their intended recipients.
I do understand wanting to have independent records of receipts. I've already forwarded feedback about this issue further. It's being worked on, so please be patient :)
One more thing - if someone were to redeem a gift code you purchased, you should be able to see the redeemer's information in your order history as well.
