skeletonbow: I feel the same more or less. I set mine to "Windows Classic" theme as I'm not fond of changing the way my OS UI looks/works after a long time getting used to it. I also set it to performance settings with minimal eye-candy as none of that stuff toots my horn really and I'd rather my CPU cycles be either used for something more beneficial or idle and save power even if it is 1 cent of power per year. :)
Well, I don't have themes on so it's running the default system settings which looks very 95-ish. Literally I turned themes to disable and that sorta changes a few things.

This might mean that Aero and other features are disabled too, which is good. I haven't a clue how to use those features anyways.
