Why aren't the star trek games on sale?!

cause interplay is busy selling its IP's so all deals wil have to be renegotiated sooner or later

This is a good indicator of how things are moving... If i didnt already own all of Interplay's catalog i wanted... now is the time to buy what you can... I have plenty of titles in my shelf that will never come back to gog...

I highly recommend Giants: Citizen Kabuto as it is a National Treasure, or at least should be considered one :)

Dunno, but I bought 4 Star Trek games on sale during the Summer Sale.

Maybe in 5 hours, when the weekend promo starts ;)

That's my speculation as well, given the situation it feels very much relevant. I know people often complain about 'yet another Interplay sale' on the GOG forum, but this time around there might be a sense of urgency, since nobody knows what will happen in the future with these games on GOG.

Hmm seems like we didn't get another Interplay weekend sale. I've been debating picking these up but now it seems like I should in case they get removed. I hope they last until the next fall sale.

They were so often 90% off lately that I thought that everyone and their dog had all of them by now.

I know, I know, luckily I picked up the Descent games before they disappeared but I was trying to clear a lot of my backlog before buying more games.

What I'd really love to see, however unlikely, would be for GOG to secure source code rights to some of those early Star Trek adventures and pass it onto the ScummVM group for adding support for. I personally have a soft spot for A Final Unity; it would be pretty cool to see it fully playable in ScummVM, as well as available for sale on GOG.

Gog didn't have a Star Wars sale during Star Wars day back in May either. Apparently the only holidays gog recognize are the Polish ones where they get the day off work.

They did. Both in 2015 and in 2016.
