So I run into this problem where I have 98% of games in sale visual novels , or some other type Asian anime genre , it is seriously frustrating and time consuming to go trough pages and pages of games that you don't want, idk if I am missing here , but I did not see any option to remove them to shorten my list.

There's no way to filter out certain titles or genres. There are a number of community wishlist entries, e.g.
https://www.gog.com/wishlist/site/blacklist_like_opposite_of_wishlist_for_games
https://www.gog.com/wishlist/site/catalog_feature_dislike_let_users_hide_games_they_dont_like_or_really_hate

You may be able to hide specific games with a browser add-on like uBlock Origin.

I don't think Gog have yet invented a way to magically read minds and know which games peoples want or not want to see; in the mean time the next best things is the "mouse wheel" a magical device allowing you to easily skip content you don't like and even better it works everywhere and not just on Gog.
User scripts to the rescue.

Allows you to blacklist individual games, and exclude entire genres.

Well, given GOG's very loose application of genre tags to games that aren't necessarily part of said genre(s)...that might backfire.

Adding a tag you can tag any game as 'uninterested' as well as changing sorting by 'bought/unbought' or other options would greatly simplify all this. And it isn't very hard either.

Much like many of the other problems, have to just say they are lazy and not listening to their customers.
