Hello,
I bought Pillars of Eternity (GOG code). I redeemed it at GOG.com successfully but the game is not in 'my collection'. Just after redeeming on the game page I could saw 'BUY ITEM – OWNED'. Now it just say BUY ITEM.

I'll appreciate any response.

Try refreshing your account https://www.gog.com/account/refresh and if it doesn't help, you should write to Support http://www.gog.com/support/contact
Try an account refresh that often helps:

First, please check your email for any receipts that should be there after you have successfully paid for the game.

Second, try an account refresh by clicking this link: https://www.gog.com/account/refresh

If you still don't see your game after an account refresh, then please write us a support ticket by going to this link http://www.gog.com/support/contact/my_orders_and_payments and selecting "successful payment not processed (game not added to account)".

Hope that helps :)

1) Refreshing account doesn't help.
2) I didn't receive any email confirmation after redeeming code.
3) I wrote to Support yesterday evening and I believe they don't work on weekends.

You write redeeming the code. So you did not buy the game yourself and were only redeeming a gift code or a code from kickstarter?
Because there is no email any more for redeeming codes, so it would be quite normal to not receive one.

(extra big hint to gog for activating the emails again for redeeming codes)

I bought a code in 3rd party shop and I redeemed it on GOG.

Like from shady seller on Allegro who sells Russian codes?

That's always a great idea to buy keys from allegro... ;>

I *did* get a confirmation e-mail after redeeming my PoE Kickstarter code two days ago (see attached). It's possible that gifts aren't sending out e-mails, but if so, PoE codes aren't acting as plain gifts.

Interesting. Thanks for the info :-)
So it is only the "real" gift codes that sent no email any more.
