I'm very sorry you had to wait for your codes, but we have encountered difficulties retrieving them.
Rest assured that everyone missing their code (and is entitled to it) who contacts Support will get their code back.
In practice this will most likely mean that I'll either have to stay at work for the weekend to make sure this happens, or I will have no weekend anyway as I'll take my work home... Oh well...;)

https://www.instant-gaming.com/en/ and the key was used. I contected them and they told me:
Please contact GOG Customer Support and ask them if the code has already been used or is invalid. In case it is already used, we need to know the date and time the key was used.
Once you have their answer, send us a screenshot of the exchange with the requested information (we must see the game code in the conversation).
On our side, we will contact our supplier, but we will certainly need the screenshot requested to replace your key.
I went to the support and still havent gotten a reply someone said you could help.
